Job Descriptions:
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department; - Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives; - Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities; - Overseeing the company’s marketing budget; - Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans; - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns; - Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results; - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity; - Preparing online and print marketing campaigns; - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications; - Creating a wide range of different marketing materials; - Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches; - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives; - Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. - Organize market research studies and analyze the findings (Competitors) - Develop pricing strategies and promotion for products to be marketed, keeping the client’s budget balanced with the firm’s needs - Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights - Devise, create, and implement multi-prong advertising campaigns, including use of TV, newspaper, magazines, internet, publics seminars, fairs, conventions and sales events - Attend networking events to develop business contacts and expand the awareness of CAM-ASEAN and the course and services provided - Conduct student surveys to gain insight and determine if their needs and expectations are being met and what services or programs can be developed to increase student satisfaction and sales - Analyze monthly sales results (student enrollment) and customer enquiry activity to gauge marketing effectiveness and to identify future trends and business opportunities - Perform all other relevant tasks associated with Sales & Marketing - Tracks competitors’ product promotions, sales and marketing activities by researching events & announcements in related industry - Discover and explore opportunities to collaborate with potential partners - Enhances organization’s reputation and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments - Attend all meetings required by CAM-ASEAN; - Prepare and provide end of the month activity undertaken and status report and submit to Head of Marketing no later than the 3rd (third) day of the following month - Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Job Requirement:
- Having minimum 2-year related work experience (Advantage); - Holding at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate (Master is preferred). - Good knowledge of relevant computer application with good English; - Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and professionalism.
