Accounting Manager

Job Descriptions:

1. Make sure all reports and documents are prepared properly with the timeline 2. Check cash book 3. Oversees company bank account transactions and petty cash transactions 4. Oversees tasks in the Accounting and Finance department 5. Review expense reports and bank reconciliations 6. Check and review all invoices and other documents properly 7. Check up-to-date filing of other company documentation and follow up the payment 8. Manage & control on cost-saving efficiency & effectiveness 9. Check the fixed asset listing report 10. Check the school’s financial report 11. Prepare investment report for shareholders 12. Revise learning material price and other revenue to comply with the tax 13. Work on tax decoration, tax on salary, tax on withholding, etc., and produce tax report 14. Perform other tasks assigned by management 15. Assist shareholder meeting 16. Work with the ministry when there is changing of shareholders or other case

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.; 3. Possess strong analytical, critical thinking skills and financial forecasting skills; 4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Good command of English language.
